Dwellers Stool

The Dwellers stool is an honest, long-life, multifunctional item. Inspired by traditional Irish country furniture but designed with a modern, polished style and considered detailing. Made from native Irish oak and ash and handcrafted in Ireland using traditional techniques.

Showcasing the natural beauty of the wood, with soft tactile details, and traditional construction elements such as wedged tenons. The legs are shaped by hand giving a riven or hewn look.

Irish quarter-sawn oak and ash. The wood comes from our maker’s own store of kiln-dried hardwoods, which he sources from locally fallen trees. A hand-rubbed oiled finish brings out the natural beauty of the wood.
